Spa treatment was amazing. Good choice of food at Cafe Spring (great coffee too!). Very helpful staff - couldn't ask for better. Having the 7-11 right there was handy too.

The room is spacious, clean, bright, and well located. It feels like a home away from home. The staff is helpful and courteous. A special mention must be made of Statk Ma at the hotel's concierge.

This is simply the best hotel in this new central area of Jinan. Price-performance ratio was exceptional.
